‘Not Again, I Can’t Stand the Violence, It’s Too Much’, Regina Daniels Cries Out In Viral Video Over Alleged Beatings By Senator Ned Nwoko

Meanwhile, she could be heard shouting, “In Ned Nwoko’s house, I am nothing, but in my own house, I am a queen. Not again. I can’t stand the violence, it’s too much.”
Popular Nollywood actress and wife of Senator Ned Nwoko, Regina Daniels, has cried out over alleged persistent domestic violence and abuse in her marriage.
In a viral video that surfaced online on Saturday, Regina, who seemed to have been brutally physically assaulted, cried, “Not again, I can’t stand the violence, it is too much.”
The viral video making the rounds on X (formerly Twitter) showed Regina surrounded by several people, including a lady believed to be her sister, amid a tense commotion.
In the video, Regina seemed to be fainting as those who surrounded her could be heard requesting water for her.
Meanwhile, she could be heard shouting, “In Ned Nwoko’s house, I am nothing, but in my own house, I am a Queen. Not again. I can’t stand the violence, it’s too much.”
At one point, the video depicts men who appeared ready to intervene, including a man holding what looked like a stick, suggesting the situation had become heated.
As she broke down in tears, those around her were seen trying to calm her down, but the immediate cause of the disturbance was not made clear in the recording.
Meanwhile, the video has sparked online speculation about the state of Regina’s marriage to Senator Nwoko. This union has long drawn public attention because of the couple’s 40-year age gap.
Regina was 19 at the time of marriage, while Nwoko was 59. Nwoko is polygamous, with six wives; Regina is the youngest and sixth wife.
The viral video also followed a much lighter post by the actress on October 10, when she celebrated her birthday and posted a story about misplacing her wedding ring and the actions and reactions that followed.
The actress wrote, “Guys! So, a quick story. I misplaced my ring months back, but y’all made it extremely noticeable to my husband by highlighting its absence.
“‘At first, he was hell-bent on not getting a new one because he thought it was one of my mischiefs. To cut the story short, he finally bought a new one, which is better than the old one!’”
In confirmation of the unrest surrounding the incident in the viral video, Regina’s brother, Ojeogwu Samuel Danhillman (known as Sammy West), posted an angry message of support for his sister on his Instagram story.
Danhillman wrote, “Makachi, e pain me say una wan finally laugh my sister. Let me repeat anywhere wey man dey beat woman, wheter na my sister or not, I go fight with my blood.
“Senator Ned Nwoko, you get luck say after you beat my sister again, smash her head for wall, you wan comot send thugs! I swear I for burst all your jaw.”
However, as of the time of filing this report, neither Regina nor Senator Nwoko has issued an official statement about the incident shown in the video.
