Dafinone Celebrates Joe Omene at 80, Hails His Service to Urhobo Nation

Senator Ede Dafinone, representing Delta Central Senatorial District, has congratulated renowned Urhobo leader and former President-General of the Urhobo Progress Union (UPU), Chief Engr. Joe Omene, on the occasion of his 80th birthday anniversary.

In a statement issued on Saturday, Senator Dafinone described Chief Omene as an elder statesman, a patriotic son of Urhobo land, and a committed advocate of the unity, progress, and cultural preservation of the Urhobo Nation.
