Dafinone Celebrates Okowa at 67, Salutes His Enduring Legacy of Service

Senator representing Delta Central Senatorial District, Senator Ede Dafinone, has congratulated former Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, CON, on the occasion of his 67th birthday, describing him as a distinguished statesman whose years of public service have left a lasting impact on Delta State and Nigeria.
